Girls 14U Lacrosse Program

14U - The 14U level is designated by USLacrosse as a 'competitive' level of lacrosse designed in many respects to prepare girls for the transition to high school lacrosse, but without losing the safety oriented rules and sportsmanship aspects of youth lacrosse.  Offensive and defensive team skills are a focus particularly in regards to transition, capitalizing on turn-overs and fast breaks.
